The sensorineural stages in the hand-arm vibration syndrome is a modification of the Taylor-Pelmear scale which separates the neurological from the vascular and musculoskeletal components.

intermittent numbness with or without tingling

intermittent or persistent numbness, reduced sensory perception

intermittent or persistent numbness, reduced tactile discrimination and/or manipulative dexterity
