• "Not severely" affected vision = able to count fingers at 6 meters and vision 6/60 or better.
• Severely affected vision = vision worse than 6/60 or unable to count fingers at 6 meters; presence of lagophthalmos, iridocyclitis/uveitis, and corneal opacities.
