EULAR Sjogren's Syndrome Patient Reported Index (ESSPRI)

 

Patient selection: Sjogren;s syndrome

 

Parameters:

(1) dryness over the past 2 weeks

(2) fatigue over the past 2 weeks

(3) pain during the past 2 weeks (joint, muscle)

 

Scoring: VAS scale over 10 cm, with 0 indicating none and 10 maximal imaginable.

 

ESSPRI =

= SUM(all 3 measures) / 3

 

Interpretation:

• minimum score: 0

• maximum score: 10

• The higher the score the more severe the symptoms.
