Voriconazole is a triazole antifungal agent that can be administered as an intravenous (IV) infusion.
Dosing levels based on body weight (probably using ideal body weight):
(1) 3 mg/kg
(2) 4 mg/kg
(3) 6 mg/kg
A single vial of resuspended parenteral solution contains 200 mg in 20 mL (10 mg/mL).

The drug is infused over 1-2 hours at a maximum rate of 3 mg/kg per hour.
