Description

The DIC score described by Bick is based on 21 parameters affected by Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation (DIC). It can be used to evaluate patients suspected of having DIC and to monitor their response to therapy. It can also be used to compare patients with DIC of different etiologies or populations.
