Description

Cardiac involvement in sarcoidosis can be diagnosed if certain features are present.


 

Requirements:

(1) biopsy-confirmed sarcoidosis

(2) exclusion of other conditions

(3) one or more findings listed below

(1) cardiomyopathy

(2) ECG

(3) cardiac scan
