Description

The Alice in Wonderland Syndrome may occur in a number of conditions.


 

Conditions associated with the Alice in Wonderland Syndrome:

(1) migraine, with or without headache (as a migraine equivalent)

(2) epilepsy

(3) intracranial mass lesion

(4) hallucinogenic drug

(5) fever delirium

(6) infectious mononucleosis (Epstein-Barr viral infection), especially in children

(7) hypnagogic states (drowsiness, dreaming, etc)

(8) schizophrenia
