(7) psoriatic arthritis
(8) scleroderma
(9) systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)
(10) Sjogren’s syndrome
(11) ankylosing spondylitis
(12) other autoimmune disorders
(13) idiopathic (“cheerleader’s syndrome”)
