Description

Oxidizing agents can be viewed in different ways. They can be viewed as a source of oxygen, which increases the flammability of combustible material. They can absorb electrons, thereby becoming reduced.

Parameters:

(1) impact on the burning rate of combustible materials that come in contact

(2) spontaneous ignition

(3) effect of exposure to heat

Burning Rate
