Features:
(1) asthma
(2) eosinophilia
(3) presence of pANCA
(4) no or scant immune complexes
Granulomatous inflammation with eosinophils may be seen with:
(1) Wegener's granulomatosis (cANCA positive)
(2) microscopic polyangiitis (cANCA and/or pANCA)
