Description

The Blast Lung Injury (BLI) severity score can be used evaluate a patient with respiratory compromise following blast injury. This can help identify patients who require more aggressive therapy or who may benefit from experimental protocols. The authors are from Hadassah University Medical Center in Jerusalem.
